Trainees start Initial Training School ( ITS ), well aware that at the end of the 10 week process some of them will be selected to become pilots, or to be trained as navigators, bombers, wireless operators or gunners.
At the end of March, William received his posting to I.T.S. at Victoriaville in Quebec.
This was where his real Air-Force training was to begin.
